How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please review your order carefully before submitting it and making payment.

If you have placed an order with us and decide that you want to add/remove items or cancel the order altogether, please e-mail us -with your order ID- at myorder@the-impossible-project.com (EU/Rest of World) or myusorder@the-impossible-project.com if you're located within the US or Canada. 


We will attempt to make any changes or cancellations as soon as possible, however, due to logistics, warehousing and working hours it is not always possible for us to modify an order after you have placed it.
