How do I return/exchange an order?

  • Return products

We have a 14-days "No-Questions-Asked" Return Policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the product after contacting us on service@the-impossible-project.com.

US customers should contact the US customer service directly on usa@the-impossible-project.com 

Any item(s) returned to us for whatever reason (14 days' return right or legal withdrawal right etc.) must be in unused, unopened re-saleable condition with all original packaging and documentation. We will only refund them if goods arrive with us in resalable condition. If products arrive damaged because of insufficient packaging we will not be able to refund them. 
You will be credited for your full purchase less our initial shipping charge. You are also responsible for the shipping costs of your return shipment. 

  • Incorrect products

When you receive incorrect products (i.e. an item differing from the item in your order confirmation email) please contact customer service on service@the-impossible-project.com and for US customers: usa@the-impossible-project.com. We will provide a replacement with the correct item and assume all return shipping costs.

  • Defective products

Should your product show a defect within it's warranty, please contact customer service on service@the-impossible-project.com and for US customers: usa@the-impossible-project.com.
Please note that our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or water.
