How to handle Impossible film?

Unlike other analog films, Impossible instant films contain all the chemical components necessary to both expose and process images. The process of instant photography requires chemicals contained in the pods before exposure and released afterward.

The best guideline for proper handling is simply to treat film gently - both before exposure and during processing. Always handle film by the edges to avoid damaging the developer pod. Never bend, wave, or flap images during processing, and follow all processing instructions. And even if you want to… don’t shake it!

The developing chemistry should be treated with care. If the solution gets on your skin, simply wash the area thoroughly with water.
